We had an outstanding experience with Roto-Rooter -- I called them to diagnose a pipe blockage that was causing water to back up in our basement sink. The plumber arrived right on time, did a great job of systematically diagnosing (and explaining to me) the source of the blockage, and fixed the problem. It was great service overall, I would definitely use them again.

Had water leak in my house on a Sunday, company cane within a half hour. All the guys were knowledgeable, and found the leak in the pipe. Adam from office support also called me to make sure I was happy with the service. Company does make sure you are treated right!

Victor did an excellent job clearing pipes that were backwashing and creating a flood. He was punctual and he provided an extraordinary service. He was very knowledgeable of all the questions I asked him as well.

Victor was on time and provided great customer service and was very pleasant. He was able to provide us with useful information after we explained our flooding issues. He was very knowledgeable about the pipes and where he was inserting the snake to clear the obstruction. He also had excellent management of the machinery used.

Two areas of my sewer line were cracked. Contacted rotor rooter and they had someone come within 2 hours. Eric, the plumber, was great. He explained the problem, gave me an estimate and informed me of finance options. He gave me an estimated time of completion and did the work on the spot with the stated time. He was pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Based on past experience with plumbers, I feel the amount charged was reasonable. I like that they offer a limited service warranty.
