The typical quick lube joints are terrorists the way they lie and try to hold you hostage. Their engine flush nonesense and wanting to change everything from wipers to "blinker fluid" leaves me with nothing but contempt for these snake oil salesmen.”

“I have always been afraid to go to the dentist. I have high anxiety just knowing I have a cleaning scheduled. Dr Jones and his staff go above and beyond to help ease my fears. He explains everything he does before he does it. The staff help to ease my fears as well. The rinse water is not cold. That is a wonderful thing if you have overly sensitive teeth. The office smells clean and looks clean. The music is encouraging and soothing. Dr Jones and his staff always look nice. Their uniforms are clean and not wrinkled. I am still anxious and afraid, but they understand that and help me rather than belittle me like some have done before and I appreciate that!! They respect me and my fears and that is very important to me.”
