I found Sharon serendipitously several years ago and have used Sharon to purchase my first home and a few years later sell a property and I recommend her a 1000%. There are sometimes unexpected situations in real estate and you really one someone on your side that knows their stuff and can navigate for you and get you the best deal and advise you with your best interest in mind. She did that for us when we were under contract with a buyer that didn’t work out due to some complicated and unexpected reasons, while interest rates were rapidly increasing, she made sure we got the earnest money and still got it sold a week later. She even kept showing the property with open houses on the weekends as a contingency should the new buyer drop out (she did all this on her own initiative in our best interest). She also quickly handled repairs with contractors after inspections, which took all the hassle out of it. When purchasing a home she comes prepared with all the information about the property, current market trends, and a lot of insight. She is also very attuned to your actual needs no matter how specific of specialized and really pays attention to what you need, and doesn’t just spam you with a bunch of homes that clearly don’t meet the criteria you set. So if you want someone that is very experienced, honest, intelligent, works hard for their pay, I would highly recommend Sharon.
