“Don't understand the complaints posted about the hours of operation and inability to answer the phone in a timely manner, especially when they were made in the MIDST OF A PANDEMIC, and these people were on the front lines. Maybe the hours changed because their resources were sent somewhere else? Anyway, I saw Figart who was the best that I have seen in years and years. I am new to a very rare autoimmune disease and could not believe I found someone that had experience with it. Not only that, but she pulled up a chair, looked me in the eye and held my hand. I left with a plan of care and most important to me, feeling heard. I had a seizure during my visit and the staff was immediately responsive, calm, and caring. I was at peace and not afraid when I came out of it. They've always answered the phone promply and have a sense of humor (or at least pretend to when I'm trying to be witty). No complaints here and I would recommend them to anyone that needs GREAT healthcare. My referrals and prescriptions were ordered and scheduled before I even left that day!”
