“Very customer-oriented company. They did everything possible to meet my requirements for product and delivery. Other container companies sell boxes as-is and almost all used boxes are sold with rust around the door seals. At TSC, though, they put in the work to remove the rust and treat it with a rust inhibitor! They make sure the doors open, close and latch with minimum effort. They're old-fashioned customer service reminded me of the scene in "Back to the Future" where Marty sees the service at a gas station and couldn't believe his eyes. Liz and her team treated me that well and I was far from the highest paying customer. I write reviews often and I haven't written a "glowing" review before.”

“I highly recommend the location on Unser and Abrazo. Joshua helped me to find the space I needed at the right price, Susan and Robin are always courteous when I pass by the office if I have any questions they always have an answer and are ready to help. Very clean place, they have security cameras to watch whats going on and lots of space to move bigger vehicles around on the property which is a big plus. I have used other local storage places before by far this is the best one with great customer service.”

“The storage units are clean and the site is laid out very nicely in a way that guarantees that water will not settle in one spot. I have been renting at this location since May 2012 and have never had a single issue. In addition, the owner has always been easy to get ahold of and very polite.”
