I have never had carpet installed, but he made it easy by helping us pick a color/type to fit well in our house. He didn't have it in stock, but took less than 2 weeks total for the order and installation. The installer, Mark, did a professional job. He said he's been installing carpet for 26 years! Definitely looks better than when I bought my home.”
