My little house now has the best and prettiest roof in the neighborhood. Everyone compliments me on the color choice (Steve's idea). Very happy!

Steve and crew did a fantastic job on our home. They are honest and dedicated to their craft. You can tell that this work is a passion for Steve. As the team was doing the new roof they identified structural damage under the roof. They showed me the damage, explained what was not done correctly, what the code required and suggested a way forward to correct the issue on our roof. They worked quickly and produced a quality product for our family. I highly recommend Steve and his crew for any work you may need done.

Steve and his crew are amazing. First, Steve was very patient with me while I was choosing a shingle color, then a color for my gutters!! After everything was picked out, his crew showed up, did the work quickly and then cleaned up. Never saw a nail, a shingle, a piece of guttering. Nothing. I was very impressed with the quality of work, advice on types of shingles and guttering and the cleanliness!!! Steve was patient, professional and very responsive to calls and texts. I hope to never need a new roof again but if I do, I will be calling Innovative Builders Roofing and Construction!!! Nothing like an honest locally owned and operated business!!!
