(March 8, 2022, 12:14 pm)Stopped here for a quick night stay while travelling on I-35. After hours check in process is a little confusing. There is a wall with all the sites that are available or occupied. You have to decide what site you want before seeing the sites. We ended up taking a picture of the board and then driving through the campground to find a site that would work. Then you have to go back and make your reservation. It's a strange way to handle reservations. We did not hook up to water, but as other reviewers have said, some of the sites share water connections. This will require a long hose. As suggested, bring 200'+ of water hose if you need water. There are some very beautiful sites on with lake views. Our one night stay was quiet. Overall not a bad spot to stop while travelling on I-35, just be prepared for the confusing check in if arriving after hours.
