“I’m visiting from out of town and wanted to see local, non-chain sewing/quilt shops. Bigsby’s is well worth a visit. They appear to specialize in quilt fabrics. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’m interested in sewing heirloom baby clothes and was pleased to find several bolts of cotton lawn and a very good selection of trims. In addition, there is another quilt shop within a few blocks and another close by in Waukesha, which make this a really good road trip.”
