Went there for a graduation party. Place was clean and well maintained. Enjoyable.
I had the opportunity to visit Waterloo's Regional Trailhead for a friend's child's birthday. This is a very tasteful area to book for a part. The indoor facility was kept very tidy, bathrooms were clean. It looked like there was an indoor room you could rent if needed too.
There is a very large outdoor area as well. although the play area was small it did keep our children occupied while the adults entertained one another. For the amount of children, the play equipment was defiantly too small.
Overall, I was a well kept park. I feel like I would recommend this for anyone wanting to host a part indoor/outdoors. I would have loved to check out the trails. Maybe next time I visit.
Excellent Sushi at a great price. The three roll sushi special is well worth it. Hope dining room open soon. Owners are kind and hard workers.
Ordered here for the first time tonight, best Japanese Restaurant I had since my favorite in South Dakota. Very good Spicy Crab Roll and Crunchy Crab Roll that was similar to the Spicy Snow Crab Roll in Tokyo South Dakota. My only concern was that they had their little baby out crawling around. The lady left and her baby popped up on the table and my boyfriend went to put him down, concerned he was gonna fall off. The lady comes back out like 5mins later and looks at my boyfriend all weird. Like he was gonna take her child. 1, you need to watch your child and not leave him out to begin with. You're lucky it was us and not some creep.
Ordered delivery via DoorDash during an ice storm. Food arrived perfect. The sushi was outstanding, and the hibachi combos were delicious and were large portions. Highly recommend.
I could not say enough good things about this place. The sushi is marvelous, the rice is a favorite with my family, and the tempura is excellent. Even the price is right. Just an awesome experience.
Great park in a small town. Worth the drive to take a family hike.
Nice litte park great walking trails and dog walking.
The "Trailhead" is the entry way to the "Dr. J.S. Garman Nature Preserve." It features a wonderful winding trail cutting through a beautiful forest containing oak, hickory, maple, and cherry species and past 22 ancient Indian Mounds. Besides hiking, the trail is also beneficial for hill training (running)... you'll definitely get a good workout. *"Thank you," Dr. Garman for gifting us with this "gem."
