“I was craving carbs, so I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The menu doesn't say that garlic bread comes with the pasta, so I ordered a piece. When my food came out, it came with 3 pieces of garlic bread. Two pieces came with the spaghetti, and the 3rd, obviously, I paid 50 cents for. Not a big deal, but it would've been nice to know that garlic bread comes out along with the Spaghetti.”

“I went in for the first time around Christmas for gifts for my daughters and I was NOT disappointed! Everything they have is so cute and great prices too! Found everything I wanted and more. One of the things we found online, they didn't have any in stock--so the manager sent an employee to the warehouse to get it while we waited! talk about excellent customer service! They even gift wrapped everything for us! I've been in several times since then and they're nothing but top notch, friendly, customer service oriented people who seem to really love their jobs and their co workers. That's so evident in these types of businesses. I will definitely give them more business in the future, they have earned 5 stars from me!”

“I had just had my baby at Mercy and was needing to get out of the hospital room for a bit to get some fresh air. A buddy of mine told me how he always uses Triad. I decided to stop by because I needed protein. While talking I told the guy I just had my baby and he gave me a shirt…..it’s now one of my favorite gym shirts. It fits just right. Fast forward to today and they sent me a hand written card. These people do customer service first and supplements second. I’ll be back!”
