“I went in for the first time around Christmas for gifts for my daughters and I was NOT disappointed! Everything they have is so cute and great prices too! Found everything I wanted and more. One of the things we found online, they didn't have any in stock--so the manager sent an employee to the warehouse to get it while we waited! talk about excellent customer service! They even gift wrapped everything for us! I've been in several times since then and they're nothing but top notch, friendly, customer service oriented people who seem to really love their jobs and their co workers. That's so evident in these types of businesses. I will definitely give them more business in the future, they have earned 5 stars from me!”

“Stood in line behind 2 customers that had full baskets. I patiently wait 15 min as there's only 2 cashiers. A lady walks up to the front wanting a return....she didn't wait in line with the rest of us....just cuts. Instead of the door greeter slash security lady asking her to wait ...she tells her she's up next. Maybe her braids were to tight or perhaps she thinks we have nothing better to do than wait again. What got under my skin is not the wait....it was being ignored by the cashier and Mrs. Braids to tight. And thats why you work at a job with a high turn over.”
