“Well it been almost a year since Dr Nael has retired and to say I miss him is a huge understatement. I really wish he would come out of retirement. Dr Nael really cared about each if his patients and their families. He was always available and I never had to wonder if I was gonna have my next appointment or if my medication was going to be taken care of each month. He rarely closed and if he did he made sure to get you in either before or a day or 2 later. His staff was absolutely wonderful and just as caring. I chose to transfer back to my prior doctor that treated me before Dr. Nael. The clinic has went so far down hill from how it was before and they are supposed to be top of the tier for comp and social security. They too were just as caring at one point and very good to all their patients and I never had to worry back then. Unfortunately that isn't how it is anymore. Since December I have had to call them multiple times each month for refils, give them my contact info to update each call because they keep sending text to wrong phone number. I've went without my medication twice and once for a week and ended up going to ER so I didn't die. Sometimes they don't call for my monthly phone appointments or they have me scheduled for a different day and time than whats on my card. Point is good doctors that go above and beyond or just simply care about their patients are so hard to find and when you have a chronic condition it's even harder. I just wish there were more Dr. Nael's out there.”

It’s a train depot, and it is special outside and in. They even have a train that runs continuously between the many rooms. This is the dental office for you”
