“This location is always great! Usually very busy however service is always quick and the workers are always helpful and seemingly excited to help you out. Stores are always top notch clean and shelves are usually packed and when inventory is low, they keep the store appearing full and not empty or vacant like many other stores. Soda fountains are always cleaned several times a day and see them constantly cleaning coffee machines, cappachino machines etc.. Employees stay so friendly it rubs off on customers and everyone is happy in this place. You nailed this store to perfection and it should be a model for other locations.”

“We like 7-11. But I have a problem with this one particularly. There's an unexpected car hazard near the side door that looks like a baby tree. I met it last New Year's night. I wasn't intoxicated. Be careful with the green concrete bollards around the little tree. Don't park too close next to them and forget about the second one. I turned in too sharp and put a huge dent into my fender. Had to replace it. Huge trouble and a few hundred dollars. My fault I know. The problem is with my expectations, coming in from out of town. I was looking at getting around a tiny tree, which I could see, not a 5 foot square bollard-protected plant area. But maybe some yellow and black caution tape around the middle of the bollard would signal that the less observant should pay attention. Because the bollard is very easy to overlook if you're backing up. Or an orange caution flag on a pole? If you're committed to the tree it could be worth it. However, I don't see that the tree is really adding something necessary. If it has to be protected on all four sides, doesn't that mean it's in the way? Isn't a parking lot for cars, not tree? If there was a curb, you could still protect the tree, and unobservant drivers could feel going up on the curb, and the tires could take it instead of hitting a bollard that's hard to see at night and folding their fender around it? Or if the bollards were added because someone hit the tree, isn't that telling you the tree is the problem?”

“Peoples Bank and Trust completely blew me away with their customer service and willingness to serve my small business. I was left scrambling after applying for the PPP in round 1 with my big bank. When I heard there was going to be a round 2 I called several other banks to see if they could help me. Peoples Bank and Trust took my call when all the other banks were shuffling me around. Travis assured me that they would be able to process my loan. He reviewed my application immediately and even helped me make changes. My loan was processed! About the same time I also received another mass email from my big bank. I had filled something out incorrectly and my application would not be accepted. I am so grateful to Travis and the rest of the staff at Peoples Bank and Trust. They were super nice and friendly when I came in to pick up my check. “In SE OKC, there are only two places to buy live bait (minnows), and this is the closest one to town. If you are heading to Lake Stanley Draper and you need bait, this is the place to go! The staff is courteous, and they are bait shop first and convenient store second. The shop is a little cluttered feeling which is why I gave it four stars.”

Nonetheless, customer service is down and not everyone has it but this young man did a phenomenal job & actually looked like he appreciated and wanted to be at his job.
