“I have had over a half dozen surgeries and procedures here. The staff is AMAZING. From the receptionist, check in, entry nurses and on. Everyone was friendly and seemed to truly enjoy being there. Everyone was so attentive and compassionate. Surgery isn’t fun but hands down this is the lowest stress surgery center. Would highly recommend to anyone. Dr West is an awesome dr and I’m so glad he is affiliated with this center.”

“My son was in a horrible car accident. His life was forever changed. TCC made us feel so welcomed. When other centers couldn't take him, due to his complications, they were ready and able! Without them we would not be where we are. My sons goal was to walk out without assistance and they pushed him to help him achieve it. “The service was quick, the staff friendly and mostly accommodating. My nurses were generally very helpful, compassionate and efficient. I saw 2 doctors that were efficient with my condition in which I had to stay overnight. The food choices were amazing being able to order from local restaurants if your condition allowed. Overall I was treated well while there and was comfortable and at ease. I would say improvements are needed with follow up by hospital. I was referred to an outside specialist to follow up with my condition and was told by doctor my medical records would be transferred to the location, however the specialist said he never received my records so he had nothing to look at and just spoke to doctor. When I called hospital to ask about the records being transferred a few excuses were made instead of just saying “they dropped the ball on their part” But the issue was promptly resolved after that and I’m thankful I’m on the road to a healthy recovery. I would also recommend to not let visitors use patient bathrooms because I had a bathroom emergency and was disappointed that other patient guests were in there for a lengthy time. So checking to see who is in the bathroom should be monitored better. When I did get into bathroom I was in there for 15 min and the nurse staff did not check on me, I thought that was odd because of the condition I had required supervision. But other than that, I would return there if needed because the staff was so friendly.”
