“I have used SpeeDee for oil changes twice. The last time was just prior to the service I writing about. After I got my oil change and the fluids topped off, I noticed a lot of green fluid under my van in the garage. I thought it was a coolant leak. I took my van back up to SpeeDee to have them check to see if, in fact, I had a coolant leak. The mechanic, Brandon came over and did a pressure check on my system and found it to be okay with no leaks, however, he did see that my master cylinder was leaking and the green fluid under the van was hydraulic fluid it the master cylinder need to be replaced. I have a 1997 Ford E-150 handicapped van and the mechanic I was taking it to no longer wanted to service the van because of age and said it was hard to get parts. Not knowing if SpeeDee did that work, I let Brandon know my dilemma and he said he could change it out. Randy then let me know as the new manager, he opened up the mechanic side of the garage to start doing repairs. Randy got my estimate, we arranged a time for him to pick up my van and Brandon replaced the master cylinder and I also had them replace the auxiliary battery that runs my wheelchair lift. When the work was completed, Randy brought my van back to me. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!!! I just found my new mechanic. Thank you Randy and Brandon. Oh, I don't want to leave out the rest of the crew that changed my oil. They are a great bunch of guys.”
