“I went in to initially buy some clips for my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. I had accidentally ran up over a curb in my haste and the clips on the under skirt got completely destroyed. So, I went into AutoZone with full intention to buy a couple of clips and lay on the ground outside and install them. The associate, Don, was so thoughtful and thorough that we both decided it would be a good idea, since I didn't know the clip sizes, to buy a whole clip kit. Useful is useful and that's a fact. While I was finishing up at the cash register, Don, who is about to clock out, offered to come outside and help me install them. He walks out, off the clock, makes a joke about him thinking it would be an easy front end fix and gets on the ground and helps me install the clip. Don is the real hero. It's men and women like Don that make these corporations great. Give Don a raise. Ask for Don. Give Don a handshake and tell him the girl with the Subaru clips sends her love.”

They were extremely knowledgeable on these transmissions and said they could get us right in. “Ryan tinted my wife's and daughters car, "with good results" so I kind of knew what I was getting into when I called him for my car. I called on a Wednesday, he told me he was out of tint, but would get a delivery Friday at noon, so he scheduled my appointment for 1 on the same day. Now, I realize that shipments don't always happen as we plan, so 30 min before my appointment I tried to call to make sure the tint had came in. No one answered, no big deal, maybe they are busy putting away the new tint away. So I go ahead and drive over. Ryan was just getting home/to the shop when I arrived. He got out of the truck eating. He came over and opened up the shop only to tell me that he didn't have tint and it would be Monday before he could help me. Sorry, but you only get one chance to waste my time. If you are looking for a professional experience then from my experience, I would look else where. I ended up using Express Tint, Marco was very professional, did a great job, and was cheaper than the quote I had from Shady Specialists. Edit: after reading Ryan's reply. I've decided that perhaps I was a little harsh. But since I can only leave one review I'm going to add details about the other work performed. The first car Ryan tinted I don't have any complaints about the work performed. Also, he was one of the cheapest installers at this time. However, He bickered with the lady that was helping him the entire time. Taking away from the professional experience. 2nd car that was tinted by Ryan was my daughter's car. I can't comment about the interaction here because I didn't go with her. I will say the tint looked good after he was finished. As for my experience with Ryan. I tried to call you before the appointment, no one answered. You should've called me to reschedule. The eating reference is simply adding to the unprofessionalism. In summary: Ryan does a quality job of tinting. He is not the most professional tinter in town.”
