“I can't help it, I love Lai Lai! Do they have the best Chinese food I've ever had? No, that was in Hawaii. Is their service impeccable, friendly and warm? Nope, not even close! Lai Lai does, however do simple, plentiful Chinese food fast. And when I say plentiful, I'm talking easily seconds for a hearty appetite, maybe even a conservative third serving, if you're a modest eater. It's a beautiful thing to be well-fed for cheap! And I doubt anyone can do it better than Lai Lai.”

“I made reservations at this hotel for two nights because it was so close to the activities we were in the city for. My husband got here before we (my daughter and I) did so I called the front desk to see if he could go ahead and check in without my cc and thankfully they let him. It was nice to just come up to our room. The hotel is spacious and smells clean, by the elevator you can get just a hint of the chlorine in the air coming from the heated indoor pool down the hall. The elevator has a loud chime hitting each floor. Our room was nice sized for us with two queen beds. It has cable tv, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer and ironing board. The beds feel like sleeping on clouds, it was so hard to have to get up to go indulge in the free hot/cold continental breakfast down by the lobby. Breakfast was good with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffle maker, fruit, cereal and etc. The hotel parking lot was filled up by early morning but it was still quiet in our room and hallways...so nice. Our daughter took advantage of the pool and gym, and even though the pool closes at 9pm they'll still let you swim as long as your quiet and don't disturb anyone. The staff is great and very accommodating. Our key cards kept deactivating, so we got to know the front desk very well! Besides the annoyance of the key cards and the air conditioner making a very light short noise when shutting off (sounded like someone opening a door), the cleaning staff hasn't come to clean our room either, so we made sure to keep our towels clean. We did enjoy our time here very much. It was nice to have a quiet, relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!!”

I had chicken tenders that were crispy on the outside juicy on the inside. So far this has been the best in the area. This is a combination of price, service, and quality of food. So far I had not had a good service with fried chicken, but this place had good service, price, and the taste made me feel like I was eating fried chicken as a kid.”

“Tried out Hungry Frog for the first time and got breakfast. They have the usual diner breakfast foods (pancakes, eggs, French toast, etc.). We were really pleased with the friendly service, the large portion sizes, and the flavor of the food. As you can see in the picture, I had an omelette with skillet potatoes and grilled onions and peppers that came with a home style biscuit and gravy. My husband had the chicken fried steak that came with 2 eggs, hash browns, and a home style biscuit and gravy. Everything was delicious, hot and fresh and we didn't have to wait very long before our order was brought out. The waitress was nice and seemed to know all of the regulars there. The place had a nice mom and pop feel. And apparently, the same cook has been working there for 43 years. They also have onion burgers and other lunch/dinner options that I look forward to trying on a different visit.”
