“John C. was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was thorough during the inspection and explained the entire process clearly. I was hit by that catastrophic hail storm in Norman in April 21’ and he was down in a matter of a week or two after I contacted him to get the ball rolling. Naturally, due to the scope of the damage the town sustained it took a while to get supplies in, however, he kept me updated each step of the way. When it comes down to the work, all of the contractors were friendly and professional. They cleaned up completely after each day and were quick and thorough. The roof was installed quickly and updated to code. The painters did an exceptional job, and the new gutters are PERFECT for the house. Extremely happy with the service I received across the board!!! It’s always stressful dealing with insurance companies but Cobalt did a great job at explaining everything and keeping me informed, updated, and calm throughout the entire ordeal. “We called Ty Flyingout to inspect our aging roof during storm season. He was very prompt and immediately jumped up to the roof for an inspection. After 10 minutes, he came down, and walked my husband and I through all of the detailed photos he took while up on our roof. He explained each area of concern and how he would advise to remedy it. Ty is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and detail oriented. He suggested we patch and repair these areas so that our roof would be good to go for another couple of years. He could’ve easily told us that we needed a new roof ASAP and we wouldn’t have been the wiser. We are very happy with the repairs and peace of mind we received from Ty.
