“I used Eckert & Sons to fix my dryer. He was fast, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Months went by and my dishwasher stopped working so I reached out again. He was quick to respond. Unfortunately, I couldn't be home during the repair so my son let him in. He fixed it quickly and was very kind to my teenage son. He was respectful and made it super easy to pay him. He was up front on prices and I was able to just venmo him after he left my home. Also, both the dryer and dishwasher are working like new.”
