An unexpected gem. Stumbled across this place by accident. Amazing home with lots of history. Extremely clean and everything you could possibly want is available. The host is helpful but not overbearing. About a two minute drive to the Pioneer Woman Mercantile and downtown area. Would stay here again…and again.

Exceeded our expectations and James was the icing on the cake! Beds were so comfortable and all the amenities you could ever think was provided. We traveled from CA with 3 stops along the way and this was the best yet. The home is decorated with beautiful antique furniture and very unique wall hangings. When I saw this place had 9.9 stars I booked it and now I understand why. I can’t imagine a place exceeding this one! Thank you James for your generous hospitality!

Just stayed there last night- us in the king suite and kids in the twins room. We had the place to ourselves and it was great!! James was great- showed us around and let us enjoy ourselves:)
Just loved all of the decorations and the little touches from the stairwell sitting room, downstairs parlor, comfortable beds, complementary coffee, and the lovely, quiet patio we enjoyed this morning. On our way to the Mercantile for breakfast now. Our stay could not have been any better!

The host has a wonderful home! It was right down the hill from downtown Pawhuska and all the Pioneer Woman activities. The host was so kind in giving us a quick tour of the home and making us feel welcomed upon arrival. We had 5-star hotel quality linens and towels, complete with a chocolate on our pillow! Having access to the refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, and a variety of coffees and teas made our trip feel like home. We enjoyed our evenings out on the lit-up patio and balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home both inside and out. Master detail to interior design. James, our host was attentive and answered text messages promptly. Came to relax and unwind, our stay here helped us achieve that goal. Something about using a key (pic) like this takes you back to simpler times.
