Zach helped me along the way dealing with the insurance company. He made several personal appearances when adjusters were here, let me in on some of the roofing lingo so I could talk to the insurance company, and when it was time for the new roof, he was on site for the install. The facilitators and helpers recognize seemingly any vehicle I use, even if it were somewhat in the distant past. They have my son in an assigned numbered spot according to where I am in the car line before I even get into the lot. “I moved Mom to COC from Brookdale in Feb 2020 for two reasons: 1. Her best friend moved there and 2. The cost. What I found at COC is a very caring group of people who treated Mom (and me) like family. Where Brookdale had a very high rate of turnover, a majority of the same people who worked at COC when Mom moved in are still there. In addition, the staff to client ratio is much better. Mom has Dementia & having a team of people who are consistent in her daily life is imperative. I know Mom’s life has been extended because she lives in a caring, active, fun environment. She will tell everyone who asks how much she loves living at COC & for me, that’s really all that matters.”
