I’ve lived here for a little over 6 months and have nothing but great reviews. Everyone at the front office is very accommodating and attentive. Not only this but they also go above and beyond to create a sense of community with different events and always posting fun things that go on in state Thomas. Any time I ever reach out or just walk down there, I’m helped right away! This is my first apartment after college and even though I live alone I always feel safe which is important to me. The entire property from the gym to the pool to the garage is always clean which also makes me happy.

John helped us, but every single person at this company has been unbelievably kind and professional. They have been responsive and flexible at every turn. We are looking forward to living here...largely due to the terrific people who helped us. Apartments are interchangeable; the feel of this property makes it unique and very special.

I have absolutely loved living here! My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and would continue to stay here if we hadn't bought a house. Our apartment has been reasonably priced for the area, the front office staff is nice and very responsive, and any maintenance request we've had has been handled within 24 hours (except Sunday when they are closed, but I have seen maintenance here on Sundays responding to emergency requests so they'll definitely be here if you need them!). The pool gets great sun pretty much all day, and we've made many meals at the grills by the pool. There's plenty of parking in the garage and on the streets around the complex. The gym is small but I've rarely seen more than 3 people in there at a time. And there's a small dog yard if you have a pup!

After having an awful experience at another complex in the neighborhood, we have been so so happy with our experience at the Marquis. Definitely recommend!

First of all, this review is only based on the experience prior to the move-in.
As someone looking at apartments while living in another state, Judson was extremely helpful in pin-pointing the unit that matches all of my needs. He was very responsive in email communication, and provided thorough information during the virtual tour while maintaining a genuine and professional attitude. Later when I had to pull my application due to the change in timeline, he was able to assist in a timely manner and was very understanding of my change of circumstance.

Have lived here for several years and couldnt ask for a better place. Staff goes above and beyond and is always friendly and seem to really want to help. The place is kept clean and well maintained. They've sunk some money back into the complex painting and installing new lights. Love the gym. You don't have to stair at a wall while you run on the treadmill. Great place to call home if you're looking.

David and Andrew were awesome to work with. They listened to what we needed and wanted and made it happen! They were greatly organized, very friendly, and kept to a schedule! We will definitely be using them in the future!

They were great! Their crew came out and completely replaced a floor (joists, support beam, and subfloor) in my home in just 4 hours - this is a job that would have taken me days (or, let's be honest, weeks while only working on the weekend)! I'll definitely be coming back to them when I need more work done on my home. Anything you can dream up, this group can certainly act on!

We needed to provide a safe place for my mother-in-law to move into. She needed an extra bathroom and so we hired these guys to come in and create a bathroom for us out of an old laundry room and an outside access storage space. They had to tear down walls, create walls, install new sewer lines waterlines, create a new floor and then tile at all within a very short period of time as we needed to move her in within a two week span. I forgot to mention that they also installed a walk-in shower in the old bathroom and removed the tub. We are all very very happy campers. The room is beautiful and everything is up and running and in excellent order. I Highly recommend them.

We used Freedom Homes for a fairly large remodel project. The owner was professional and helpful with consultation and prices were very fair. However, the quality of work is with what I was most impressed. Our visitors constantly ask who completed our project, and I happily refer to Freedom Homes. I will try to remember to add photos at a later date!

My once dated covered in pink bathroom, is now the spa-like haven I dreamed of. I now have a seamless glass shower and the soaking tub I’ve always wanted.
