“We've used Stevenson Plumbing before with great results. Recently, I called to schedule someone to come out but got their voicemail. In the meantime, I scheduled someone else to come out. However, even after learning that I had scheduled another plumber, the Stevenson rep asked questions and helped me over the phone to see if he could talk me through the issue. A few hours later, he even called back to follow up. I thought that was some above and beyond customer service even knowing that I had a different plumber scheduled to come out. “We needed to provide a safe place for my mother-in-law to move into. She needed an extra bathroom and so we hired these guys to come in and create a bathroom for us out of an old laundry room and an outside access storage space. They had to tear down walls, create walls, install new sewer lines waterlines, create a new floor and then tile at all within a very short period of time as we needed to move her in within a two week span. I forgot to mention that they also installed a walk-in shower in the old bathroom and removed the tub. We are all very very happy campers. The room is beautiful and everything is up and running and in excellent order. I Highly recommend them.”
