“Due to the nature of this place it isn't exactly a somewhere you want to visit. The lady at the counter however was super helpful and friendly. You're probably here to pay a fine (that was probably your fault). I thought I was walking in to pay a couple hundred dollars but she told me to go get a receipt and turned it into a $60. Ultimately, they didn't make the law or give you the ticket. And being able to take money from angry people as a punishment, while still managing to be friendly and helpful is pretty cool.
