“Due to the nature of this place it isn't exactly a somewhere you want to visit. The lady at the counter however was super helpful and friendly. You're probably here to pay a fine (that was probably your fault). I thought I was walking in to pay a couple hundred dollars but she told me to go get a receipt and turned it into a $60. Ultimately, they didn't make the law or give you the ticket. And being able to take money from angry people as a punishment, while still managing to be friendly and helpful is pretty cool. “I arrived at 8:30 and there were about 4 people ahead of me for Driver's licenses or Real ID. I was out of there at 9:15am. I am very happy with the addition of waiting room chairs since my last visit 4 years ago when we'd have to lean up against the wall in a line waiting for our Driver's license. Friendly employees! I appreciate their service.”
