I asked if it would be a problem with the unit sitting a little canted (nothing drastic). Omar used rubber shims not only to level the unit but to eliminate any vibration AT NO CHARGE & without me asking. The invoice is very explanatory in format but also Omar's description of what was done was very detailed and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more from the company or from the technician. It was early Monday morning and the employee answering the call was polite and professional, offering to have the issue taken care of asap. Within a couple of hours, Brandon called and said he was on his way. He was courteous and professional upon his arrival, representing the company well.
