“We still have one technician we are waiting to come out this week and fix a part on our new pool pump, but I have no worries that they will be prompt and take care of the issue. From our first moment in the store dealing with our salesman, Earl to dealing with the crew who put our pool up, I only got the name of one of the three gentleman his name was Brock, we then had another technician come out to bring a part that had been left out on the same day of install, the next day two other technicians came out to put the pool steps in our pool and exchange the ones we had wrongly received, everyone we have dealt with has been professional, courteous, and prompt. My husband had to go into the store with questions for the pump not working and to take in a water sample to get the pool going, the lady that does the pool school helped him and was so helpful. I just can’t say enough good things about our experience with Galaxy. We will definitely be recommending you to our friends and family!
