This is the second time that we have had Curtis out to help us with our plumbing needs at the office. He is always professional and works hard to give us our best options for our needs. He takes the time to explain what needs too be done and how long it will take him to get it done. Plus he gives us up front cost which is amazing. I highly recommend Curtis and quality heating cooling and plumbing for your business and home needs. I have used them for both and I will continue to use and recommend them.

Great service! Employees were friendly. Quality of work was great. They educated me well in my new equipment and provided me with details of other services they offer. Price was amazing for everything that needed to be done. I have already referred one of my neighbors to this company.

Chris did a great job. Because of the hazard conditions and very tight areas under the house, Chris was able to bypass the PVC to be able to have water in the house with no leaks. This house is old and it will need a major overhaul fixing. I know who to use when my sister and I do this major overhaul. Good company to know for future repairs.

We've not had to call on Quality for service at our home, but if we ever had an issue, they'd be the first call I'd make! The owners and staff are all SO friendly and truly care about their customers and everyone they come in contact with. Thank you Quality for taking care of everyone during this hectic time in Oklahoma. Y'all are the best!

Due to the snowstorm we’ve had over the past few weeks, I had a pipe burst and was stressed about trying to find a plumber available. I called about 7 plumbers with no luck - but when I called them, Cassie was so kind and understanding on the phone. She let me know she would try her best to squeeze me in that day. They called to update me and let me know they were running late, and then called again to let me know they were on the way. Both gentlemen wore masks, which made me much more comfortable. They were fast, efficient, and well priced - it was even later in the evening/night when they came out! I’ve found my new plumbers, thank you all!

We just bought our first house in November and noticed recently our heater has been finicky. A friend recommended Quality to us, we called and they were able to come out the next day! We currently have all the ice with negative wind chill temps and more snow+ice to come in the next few days, they were so nice and said to absolutely let them know if our heater goes out completely before they get to us for when we scheduled. Michael was the tech that came out (he had even called to let us know he was on his way), he was so beyond helpful and we really feel like he’s saved us in the long haul with the things he had found. We discovered it’s best to get our furnace replaced and Michael was really nice about it, but also felt he was really straightforward and not just trying to have us spend money. I think it’s awesome that Quality is a family run business and they’re local to us. I have the feeling that if I needed them to come out ASAP, they’d be there in a heartbeat. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs it!!
