It’s also a lifesaver if, like me, you put off doing your PDH’s till the last minute. Rick Gaffney who runs Son Sets Consultants Training was great to deal with explaining what I needed to do and answering any questions I had either promptly by e-mail or with a quick phone call. He personally went above and beyond to help me out when it was crunch time for me. This is what all customer services should be like. The classes themselves are relatively easy to use with the occasional glitch and some repetitiveness, but overall they are very informative and relevant in the subject matter you should know. They are broken up into logical sections with most sections having a multiple choice practice test at the end. They are not a breeze (nor should they be) and you need to devote your full attention to them. Still, I’m convinced this is the easiest most cost effective way to get your PHD’s if time or travelling to various classes or lectures is an issue.”

“Yesterday morning as the wife was leaving for work, she noticed something wrong with the car. As she turned the steering wheel the car tire area popped and wouldn’t turn. I called Owasso Auto Clinic and spoke with Craig, he told me he had time to look at it and to get the vehicle on down. Had it towed there. Within a short time, Craig called me and told me exactly what was wrong and around how much. I told him okay and thank you. Not even an hour later he called and said the car was fixed.
