As many can probably relate, trying to complete a home project during the pandemic was challenging. I feel fortunate to have worked with Phillip Chavez during my kitchen appliance search as he made this part of my project as easy as possible a couple months ago. Phillip was easy to communicate with and very helpful in always getting back to me as I had questions about appliance selection, pricing, and inventory. More recently, I had an unexpected water leak with my old washing machine. I texted Phillip first thing in the morning as I was in need to find a replacement as soon as possible. Again Phillip got back to me quickly and I was good to go with ordering a new washing machine that same morning. I highly recommend working with Phillip for your appliance needs. Even after the sale, Phillip was still very responsive to help me check on status updates.

We just purchased all items we need for our kitchen remodel and worked with Susie and Rick. Susie was very thorough and knowledgeable with a very pleasant demeanor and Rick from plumbing was also very patient and knowledgeable and they both made our experience a very pleasant one. I highly recommend working with these two individuals if you need to shop at Pacific Sales in San Juan.

Phillip Chavez was absolutely the best. Exceptional customer service, answered all our questions, very knowledgeable and pacient. Highly recommend him. We needed all new appliances and he worked with us.
Tao Foppen in plumbing was also extremely nice and helpful.

We ordered 24k in kitchen appliances back in January and were disappointed that our Kitchenaide refrigerator never came in to their facility. After explaining the issue to a manager named Phillip, he took care of us by finding a new refrigerator that we could get immediately and made sure that it was going to be delivered on time. He was very nice and professional and took care of us which made up for the slight delay of us getting our refrigerator. I would highly recommend you go in and ask for him!

Highly impressed by the positive and supportive staff. The office is a refreshing and exciting environment to succeed. Never felt judgement or pressure from any of the staff. So worth it!

The people who work here are very nice, there is no judgement! If you are losing weight they complement you on your success. They are good at explaining the options you have and at answering any questions you have. This is a really great group of people. I highly recommend trying this clinic.
