Grandma gifted us a washing machine. She was able to easily order over the phone. We picked it up, Dave and William were immensely helpful, provided above and beyond customer service. They had the washer all ready for us, even brought it inside so it wouldn't get wet. They took great care with loading it for us. 10/10 recommend.

Nice people, great selection, good pricing. Billy, Dave and Violet are all wonderful folks. The purchase and installation were flawless. It's great to work with people who are actually people, not faceless "big box" staff. I had an issue with a rebate and the staff was so nice to help me with it. This is the sort of service you can only expect from a locally-owned retailer who is invested in the community.

We needed a new washing machine and Violet was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and very pleasant to work with. Even though they were getting ready to close within an hour when I went in, she never mentioned it or made me feel rushed. The prices are amazing, and they have great, brand new quality products. My in wall oven was 20+ years old and finally threw in the towel. Found the oven I wanted at Appliance Solutions. Called and spoke with Sam Fulton. Although the oven was in their warehouse and not in store, Sam arranged to get the oven back in store before my arrival. He was instrumental in my getting the oven I wanted without delay.
