“I came here from Sephora after a really bad experience in customer service. As in, there wasn't any to speak of. Nali (I hope I spelled her name right) was SO great, I almost started crying when she greeted me (literally she was fanning me to prevent water works); that's how stressed I was and relieved at her kindness. From then on, her customer service was outstanding. Naturally patient (as I'm a novice with makeup), she helped me find several amazing products and gave me confidence that I could apply it the same way. I didn't even mind that she was multitasking with answering other customer's questions (just a few) because she made me feel as if I had her undivided attention, and she knows her products. I'll be going to her from now on for all my makeup needs.”
