(April 30, 2023, 7:07 pm)Let me start by saying that because of Leon, It’s the best customer service I’ve ever received out of all the Braums. I ordered a tuxedo Sunday (which is pretty commonly made incorrectly with chocolate syrup but should be hot fudge). When I took it back the person that helped me, named Leon, was so nice and went so out of his way to correct the problem, that I still think that they deserve five stars!
(April 15, 2022, 12:58 pm)Today is a great day. Stopped in at Brahms for a double meat cheeseburger large fries and a chocolate shake. The DM was here and they were Jenny on the spot. Food came right out very hot and fresh. The pic of the french fry below is the shortest french fry. I had one that was almost a foot long. I wish I’d taken a picture of it straight out Idaho. This place is definitely killing it
