I chose Moore's because of their tasteful and sensitive handling of services for both my dad and my step-dad. Those qualities were even more in evidence this time, as Chris went far above and beyond to help us cope with numerous unexpected complications that arose. At all times he was calm, understanding, and efficient. Although Rosewood was our original venue, for the funeral, Chris enabled us to use the livestreaming facilities at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial, where Koby compiled more than 300 pictures into our slideshow, and Richard handled the reception smoothly. “Very well-kept and helpful personnel, depending on which building you enter. I visited with a very tall Priest. I'm sorry that happened to you but ....Oh, I can't remember his name but a very tall and loving priest, along with Father Festus, the best Priest anywhere, helped me put together a very quick & unexpected funeral for my brother. I was so short on cash that the Father at Calvary arranged a plot for my brother that someone purchased but no longer needed. I had his tiny funeral inside the Mossaluem on the Hill at Calvary. It was short but very beautiful. I'm sorry your experience was so poor. If you use Greenhill Mortuary (in Sapulpa, OK) it will be a guarantee of empathetic but professional service. You may fear making funeral arrangements for another family member but, if I may recommend, the mortuary called Greenhill in Sapulpa is the best to be found. I used them for my brother and he had complex post-autopsy issues. He looked beautifully peaceful. They also work on prices with you and give you discounts where they can. I hope this helps. Like you, I would like to visit after work but can never get there in time. At Christmas-time, it would be great if all people would do sand candles to light the way.”

“I can’t say enough good about Dr. Justin Snyder. We have never met a more attentive doctor and who is able to work us in to his crowded schedule. We were in town to be with family. This was The second time this has happened That during our visit from out of state, my wife had a sciatica flareup and Dr. Snyder made room in his schedule to give her a treatment. Amazing!”

“I have lived here for about 1.5 years now and the overall experience is good but not great (there is considerable improvement however over the past few months). Pros: 1. Kelli is very friendly and all positives of this review are owned by her. 2. I am seeing big changes for the better these last few months in this complex and am excited to see more positive improvements soon (for example, lane markings for car park, laundry room improvements, lighting fixture updates, etc.) 3. Maintenance is good once yours is the current work order. Cons: 1. Emergency Maintenance hasn't responded to my liking - I haven't had major emergencies yet but when I did need them to respond urgently, they never called me back and it was late night when the office was closed. I hated that they couldn't atleast respond with a callback. 2. I feel the complex needs to look cleaner but current situation of the complex isn't a deal-breaker for me 3. Lighting outside individual apartments are old and lighting in the complex could be better at night. 4. The complex is relatively old but still looks appealing to new residents. Overall, I would recommend this complex to my friends and I thank Waterford's management for their efforts so far and here on.”

“Great service. Good food. They are having a pie sale. We were asked constantly about purchasing one. Sounded great. We stopped in today to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday. The tables were clean. They were sitting people every other table. The only problem is the tables were really cramped. It's almost like they squeezed them so they could fit more in. The food was good. The hash browns needed to be cooked a little longer. Coffee was great. I love it that they give you your own kraffe.”
