“So far, this has been the absolute best location in Tulsa that my husband and I have gone to. The 41st and yale metro is the worst location to go to. The people are always snotty and unwilling to help you with your needs or ignorant. Every time my husband has gone in that location within the last 2 years (purely because of location convenience) he has left with zero resolutions and frustrated. I have always redirected him back to going to the 63rd Peoria location. After calling several Tulsa stores, this location has always had the most competent polite workers that actually help their customers and whenever either myself or husband has gone to this store we both always leave happy customers. And almost always leave with a new purchase and in a good mood. Its worth driving out of our way to go here. Go to the Peoria location if you prefer to spend your money in a place with good customer service and want to leave with a good experience.”

“I don't know a ton about vehicles (but I know some), especially trasmissions. When my jeep started leaking and burning transmission fluid like a sieve, I went here because it was close and my husband had a decent experience before. The first time in, they told me it was possible that once they fixed what they found, it could show other leaks elsewhere, which I get. My Cherokee is a '97 with 230,000 miles. She's been ridden hard. They got her fixed after finding 3 leaks and away I went. I had a trip to OKC that weekend and we ended up leaking and burning fluid again (not nearly as bad as before), but the tank kept showing full (more than full). I took it back and they told me they would make it right. They called to tell me that when attempting to test her, the master mechanic got scared going 65 because of all the shaking she was doing. Well, yeah, she shakes, I knew, but we assumed it's because she's old and beat up with some nice knobby tires. We were wrong. The U - joints were going out and if we didn't fix it, we could've ended up with a broken rear differential and transmission to go with it. It was dangerous to drive they told me. I told them to fix it. Then they showed me one of the joints (pictured). HOLY CRAP. Those are supposed to be nice, round, and smooth, they told me. Wow. That's like 1/4 inch left before breaking. Anyway, Joel, the office manager, and the mechanic that spoke with me as well as Rob, the owner, were all VERY educating. I mean, what shop would show you the pieces of your vehicle so you know why they told you it needed fixing? They were willing to have my husband come in and look at in on the lift before doing any work, too. I totally recommend this shop. I will be back for anything I think they could handle (they don't do engine work, but do a lot of other stuff) and recommend them especially to any woman that's afraid to get ripped off because she doesn't know any better. These guys are great.”

“Listen ya girl was skeptical of going here, not due to anything other then location. This side of town is never the best, you hear about it all over the news. However these people were so nice, the guy got me a tire and checked the rest to make sure I didn’t need another one and that it would all be good reasonably priced. Super nice, super quick, and so far so good tire wise. Regardless of this side of town these people made it well worth it.”
