“Absolutley incredible customer service!! I was expecting the typical dingy, worn out auto service garage. No, this place is CLEAN and bright, the waiting area has a kids play area that I would let my grandkids play in. The desk staff are customer focused and most importantly honest. I noticed the counter guys were never staring at their phones when not engaged with customers. Great job from management on customer focused training! My service was fast and reasonably priced and they didn't chase me away when I took a look under my truck when it was up on the lift. Thanks Tate Boys your doing it right!”

“Read thru a few reviews here....mostly good I would say. I've been taking my car(s) Infiniti QX56 (150K + miles) and a previous Ford Explorer (180K +) to this place for 11 years. I try the dealers for pricing on the Infiniti and ALWAYS go to this location (MGR Joey Ainesworth). Found them to be more than fair and upfront (Justin too). Have referred multiple friends here over the years. Unless you are a mechanic yourself and know cars, I'd stand by this place.”
