American Heritage Bank

This is not directly about their banking service, but rather the employees.

Recently my family and I came through Tulsa on a long road trip - that morning we noticed an issue with our van and had to get it repaired at the auto place next door. We had three young kids and a dog to entertain while my wife and I dealt with the uncertainty of being hundreds of miles from home with our mobile base/means of transportation in doubt. And all during covid. We set up on the hillside next to the bank (which made me nervous that we were making the bank employees nervous). Our dog even "greeted" several of the employees as they were coming in and out for lunch. Much to our surprise, a few of the employees struck up a conversation, then proceeded to bring out lollipops for our children and a massive milkbone for our dog. We sat and ate some lunch on the hillside until, thankfully, our van was fixed and we could head on our way.

So, no, this review isn't about the banking services. However, if this is the caliber of people this bank hires, I would imagine they know how to treat customers very well.

We've been them for almost ten years now. We have always been treated great at AHB.
This is our branch and have got to know the people there.
You can't beat small town banks.
