“Staff was helpful when I stopped one. They had a bunch of "we're hiring" signs so I'm assuming they are understaffed. Plenty of options on practically anything hardware / diy store related. Didn't have one item I was looking for but I saw other close locations had it via the app. PRO TIP: save yourself time by checking via app, rather than traveling store to store. App even tells you aisle and location My chief complaints are 1) there were no cashiers only self check out (hey were is my employee discount?) 2) the lighting outside is so dim (see.my photos) you would think the store was closed. (GM take note, you may see more sales by correcting this one easy thing). I would have not thought it was open plus in this area of town it's a TRUE safety concern.”

The employees here took time out of their day to help me put on my tire even though we found out my spare was flat they okayed me to park my car until help arrived. “Such a refreshing change from the home improvement stores as big as an airport terminal. This Ace hardware didn't have a motorized cart to ride around in, but the place is a reasonably sized store, we didn't need it. Well stocked. The staff are so accessible and eager to help, we spent 1/10 the amount of time getting the same things at a comparable price. Not exactly a home improvement store. No tile or carpet, cabinets, washers and dryers, but they had everything we needed for a quick trip to the hardware store for basic supplies.”

“I am so happy I found this place! I had originally gone to a competitor (Mill Creek Lumber) and had a TERRIBLE experience. I ended up canceling my order through them and went to M&M Lumber. My experience there was night and day! M&M Lumber cared about customer service. They helped me find a special order door that was a fraction of the cost of the one I ordered from Mill Creek. It arrived in a timely manner, and they called immediately to tell me it had come in. I will never go anywhere else. M&M definitely earned my business. Highly recommend!”
