“I haven’t used them for an oil change or anything but if their workmanship is as good as their customer service…I woke up to a flat tire. My pancake tank wouldn’t cut it but got it full enough to limp it to Qt. Their line is busted of course so jiffy is across the street. I pulled in asking to get some air in my tire and they went above and beyond. Not only they put air in my tire…they checked all 4 and put air in them for me. All free of charge btw so they didn’t even have to. Yes I tipped them but I wanted to give them praise to. I wish I would’ve got her name. Anyways…Ty! Off to work finally!”

Trojan Tire came up and we decided to give them a try. What a sweet blessing they were. They invited our puppies in to the showroom and were so kind. “I had previously written a very poor review of this location and contacted corporate to complain about various issues I had with the store. I'm happy to say that I now feel comfortable changing my review score, and review, to reflect the changes the store manager made to fix all that was wrong with it before. The store has done a complete 180 and I no longer have the issues I once did. They're all quite friendly (save for one gentleman who has resting ***** face) and very helpful. While there was some tension after my complaints to corporate, and I could tell that corporate did intervene, over time, they have let it go, as have I. I now recommend this store. They're like a completely new team, thanks to the changes made by the store manager.”
