Once the insurance payment came it, they had my car fixed in two and a half weeks. It looks great and is driving like a dream. The paint match looks wonderful and you’d never tell that it wasn’t even drivable last month. The owner was very kind and always got back to be in a timely manner when I had questions. “I needed a tractor mechanic to fix my old Ford. It had been sitting so long that needed multiple issues fixed: clutch stuck, hydraulics not working, brakes froze... I brought the tractor to them on a tow truck. They delivered it when it was completed (for a reasonable fee). I would like to thank Dr Strand and his Assistant Sierra for the way they took care of me on my visit. He was great, no pain quick, easy, and done. Definitely highly recommend. But I do want to especially thank Sierra for her kindness and hospitality from the moment she took me back. As someone who previously worked in the medical field it is important to make our patients feel comfortable and she did just that. She talked me through everything from start to finish and answered all my questions with the most knowledgeable answers. She truly made my visit easy. From day one, Alan Hedden has been accommodating and professional with my family and me. After two years since my husbands death, my family was able to come together to place the ashes in a final place of rest. There were some requests made and timing that had to be considered.
