“Joe at M&M Auto replaced a fuel pump for me on a Toyota pickup. Joe was very professional and exhibited that he had the skills and knowledge to complete any task provided. This was an 88', so all them fancy plug me in computer stuff did not apply as it was not throwing any fault codes. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replace the fuel pump quickly. Joe was honest and could've easily stated that other items needed replaced, but only addressed the one problem that it had, and for that, I'm thankful. It's hard to find an honest mechanic these days that is able to diagnose both old school and new school. I would not hesitate to use M&M Auto Repair for any electrical and mechanical issues I have in the future. Don't waste your time with big franchised owned businesses. Support local businesses! I did note the disclaimer on the site that orders aren’t shipped for at least 9-14 days after the order is placed I honestly didn’t pay much attention to anything else that may have been a notice or disclaimer. I received the email order confirmation and was really excited so I called on day 14 to see about an order update. The lady I spoke with was very kind and told me that even tho their boutique is local to me the collegiate items ship from out of state and explained the process to me. She took my information and quickly called me back with details in regards to my order. One of the shirts I ordered was on back order and she gave me 3 solutions and allowed me to choose. Yes the shipping is slow but they state that on their site. Every issue was addressed and rectified. I think their level of customer service is fair and adequate. However I will say improvement on inventory accuracy and updates can be made. Also I didn’t receive any shipping notification but they were very quick in response to my shipping inquiry. I can’t as of yet comment on quality as my order is due to arrive today.”
