“He stated it would be late morning (the same day I called) and he was here right on time. When I spoke with him on the phone and tried explaining what the AC repair guy had told me, he knew exactly what the problem was and said yes, I needed a plumber now after the AC had done his part to help me. He was honest in saying my unit being up in the attic he may not be able to take care of the problem. Climbed up and looked around and said, yea I think we can do it. Yippee, I went in the house and when he came through the door about 15 minutes later. He was all done! Climbing up in the attic with a huge long hose and then coming back down, he was quick. I didn't have all of it in cash so he said I could get the balance to him. Very polite and didn't complain about how hot it was up in the attic space. Will definitely use him again!”
