  The young lady, Marione, was extremely helpful! She was patient and kind, and as an older client, that is not often found in younger people! If I were still in business, it would be an honor to have this young lady on my staff!

  Very easy to rent a unit. Needed to rent one last minute on a Saturday. They are open til 8 and I was able to talk to a very nice lady. She was so helpful. Thank you.

  Update: they have several storage units around bartlesville they also go by click storage. I lost my key they wanted to charge me $50 to cut my lock off with a grinder I couldn't afford that, so they said I could cut it off myself there maintenence guy was there and instead of walking over to give me advice he watched from a distance I did end up cutting into the latch a bit which I knew I'd pay for. But before I even left they already called me to see how I'm gonna pay them $100 to replace that latch. And then 2 months later I cancel and move out they wouldn't pro rate my last month and just kept the remaining amount I already over paid. I went down the street got a choice of inside/ outside unit twice the size for $9 more a month remote entry and staff on site m-f. So much better and they pro rate.
  
  Ill leave this cause she is friendly moving in but anything else she's greedy.

  Excellent customer service!!! Very easy to talk to and understand about my concern with my unit! Went above and beyond to make sure my account was up to date and taken care of before disconnecting the call! Best customer service rep I've encountered in a long time!

  Marvin set up my account and had me taken care of very quickly and professionally. When I had an access issue at the gate he got it taken care of as soon as I called. Great service.
