“The entire tire section at the Walmart Super Center in Wagoner, OK gets my highest praise. I was on my way back to Missouri from Dallas when I thought that I'd picked up a nail. It turned out that I had a cracked rim. David, Jay, Dallas, & Ace went above and beyond in making sure that I was on the road again in a timely manner and I can't say enough about how courteous and concerned for me they were. Job well done, gentlemen!”

“There's not really anything negative I can say other than there was some construction going on inside. It looked like they may have been working on their deli area since I actually didn't see one. They did have signs for one though. The store was pretty clean. Lots of employees. Nobody really said Hi or interacted with me unless I locked eyes with them. They all seemed more interested in doing their jobs like stocking rather than even acknowledging you. Outside of that it wasn't bad. Not being a Super it's focused more on grocery items. There is a pharmacy also. They also have the pick-up program in place. Maybe a little more of a friendly staff would've gotten them 5 stars.”

“This Walmart Neighborhood Market has the best employees EVER. They are always courteous and I have never run into any of them in a bad mood. I'd like to point out Kimberly in the pharmacy - she knows me by name and I'm really don't have that many prescriptions! But of all the customers she has every day, I think it's awesome that she remembers my first and last name when I walk up to the counter. The pharmacists are also top notch. They are ALWAYS friendly and willing to take the time to help or answer questions. There's also a lady who works at the customer service desk and around the register area who is always SO friendly and helpful. I know I'm going to butcher her name, but I believe it is Jacqui (like Jackie, but spelled differently?). Anyway, great store with by far the best employees I've ever seen.”

“This is a pretty typical Walmart (though this one seems a little more well stocked than some of the others) but some of the staff definitely stands out, and one in particular I thought deserves a shoutout so here I am. One of the cashiers up front, Robert (not me) has always been very outgoing and friendly and it makes me feel just a little less stressed when I have to grocery shop. He’s a good reason to pick this location over others in the area.”

“Good as long as you don't have to call the store... The store is one of the cleanest I have been to. The bathrooms can use a little work, but it is a busy store so not faulting them on that. The staff is friendly and helpful. But should you have to call the store for whatever reason... Be prepared to call many many times, over a couple days. Tried calling to check to see about a tire, took 3 days for someone to answer... Customer sevice is short and snippy when they actually answer, but act like you have bothered them greatly by making them answer the phone.”
