“Jake was amazing to work with! Initially we missed each others calls 4 or 5 times but he never got frustrated. He was so upbeat and positive and I felt very comfortable talking to him. Im also a young widow and I could tell Jake genuinely was sorry for my loss. We had to schedule a callback for the next day and I had mentioned i had a child's party to attend and he asked about it the next morning. He's very easy to talk to and explained everything in detail but in an easily understandable way. No company jargon. He just went above and beyond and it made it even better that the auto and homeowners policies were going to be cheaper with more coverage.
