“I stopped B&R Auto Wrecking near Sandy today to try and find a bolt I needed for my 97 GMC pickup. It was 4:15 pm when I got there and the guy at the desk let me know they had just closed the yard, and that it closes one hour before closing time at 5 pm. He asked what I needed and I showed him an example of what I needed. He said, "I'll tell you what, if you're quick I'll let you go look". I told him I would and he let me in. I was able to find the bolt I needed and was back out in 10 minutes. I came back to the same guy and he said it was all good and that I could have the bolt. He didn't have to do that. This is what I appreciate about small business, they still care. I wanted to say thank you, much appreciated!! You have a loyal customer here.”

“We had a great experience buying a Christmas tree here. Christmas 2021) They had coloring pages, crafts, and two reindeer for the kids. Coffee/hot chocolate was available inside and out. Cut trees were clearly labeled and easy to access. They also netted them and would trim the bottom if asked. They even carried the tree to my car and helped me load it! (Very helpful since I had a toddler in tow) The parking lot can be a bit crowded. I got a chai tea and small hot chocolate at the coffee shop. Great service! Masks were worn indoors, but not required outdoors.”

There is a wide range of salty snacks, candies, chocolates, beverages, beers, wines, fridge foods, freezer foods, ice creams/popsicles, basic home goods that come in handy in a pinch. And got me on schedule for an estimate just a week later. The master electrician showed up for the appointment early. Was extremely knowledgeable and professional. And was a super nice guy as well! “Damascus Safeway is poorly managed and always understaffed but I will not take that out on the really good pharmacy staff they have really done a good job! They also have a new pharmacist from bi-mart that is really good! Maybe someone from glass palace will read this and figure out how to manage the rest of the store? Hint: maybe if you staffed some of the services, you know the one's around the perimeter of the store you might actually sell more and maybe have happier customers? 🙂”
