My boss has given me the tools to not only do my job better but to also take care of my residents in the best way possible. My boss makes it known that when staff need ANY kind of help, she is always willing and able. She also works the floor and takes AMAZING care of our residents. Mountain Park Memory Care is a great place to have your loved one live. The staff are always there for them and take care of them without any hesitation. The team in each neighborhood is strong and knowledgeable and will make it known they love the residents as their own family members. Don't let the bad reviews discourage you.
