It took years for me to find someone to service my generator and willing to take the time. Alternative Power Systems was so service oriented and thoughtful from the very beginning of the conversation. We had been told by another company that our unit was "probably too old and just needed replacing, not worth coming out to look, only to replace". Thank goodness Alternative Power Systems were willing to look and fix! I only needed a setting changed (wrong fuel source was set) and replace the spark plugs and battery to help it out! We were very happy with the work done by Dillon when he put in our new generator. He is very competent and did an excellent job as well as being a very nice young man. We had a small issue and he came back from south of Eugene to Sisters to correct the problem. I would highly recommend them if you need any alternative power system installed.
