“My husband and I were out for a run around the valley today, We were almost home, when a police officer (didn't get his name) stopped along side of us and gave me a water bottle, I definitely needed it! Saying "I think you need this more than me!" he was right, I was having a rough go. I am telling this story because my feed and social media in general has been flooded with so much hate. Posting something positive just seems like the right thing to do. It's the little things. That man giving me water, meant so much more to me. There ARE good people in this world. Don't underestimate the power of random acts of kindness. It definitely made my day! thank you sir.”
